That lambo vs corvette race that ended lives of one of the drivers in NYC - those guys weren't 17. They were well into their 20s and early 30's, i believe. Point is, it doesn't matter how old you are... if you are an ass, then that may well get you killed anyway. Dude, try geico or mecury insurance. They are pretty reasonable... and if possible, check on AAA insurance.
